TradeVille closed on June 18th the primary offer for sale of private placement of shares issued by Appraisal & Valuation SA

TradeVille concluded on June 18 the primary sale offer of private placement type of shares issued by Appraisal & Valuation through which the company that owns the NAI Romania brand achieves an increase of the share capital through cash contribution.

The company offered for sale 387,000 shares (APP symbol), the final price set in the offer being 11.5 RON / share. The total registered subscriptions exceeded RON 18 million, most of them being made online through the TradeVille trading platform. TradeVille.

Following the successful conclusion of the offer, the anticipated capitalization of the company stands at almost RON 15 million. The listing of APP shares on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange will be made by TradeVille in its capacity of Authorized Consultant. TradeVille in calitatea sa de Consultant Autorizat.

The funds attracted in the offer, amounting to over RON 4.4 million, are intended to finance and develop the current activity, including by creating new divisions, possible acquisitions, as well as expanding digital services and platforms both locally and internationally.
