Cum a modificat tehnologia modul de lucru al evaluatorilor rom\u00e2ni?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-14l7e\"><em>Tehnologia modern\u01ce este un \u201cmust have\u201d al tuturor antreprenorilor, nu numai al evaluatorilor, dar nu vorbim aici numai de folosirea inteligent\u01ce a instrumentelor pentru u\u015furarea muncii \u015fi precizia rezultatelor, ci \u015fi de accesul la informa\u0163ii care ajut\u01ce, dar poate crea \u015fi confuzie \u00een r\u00e2ndul investitorilor. De aceea, este nevoie de o interpretare a datelor, de studii de pia\u0163\u01ce care s\u01ce sus\u0163in\u01ce \u00eenclinarea balan\u0163ei pentru o decizie sau alta.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-53q5t\"><em>Our role is to help investors understand all the risks they are exposed to, all the real benefits and costs of investing, or in other words, to differentiate between extraordinary opportunities and catastrophic mistakes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-7vjc2\"><em>Tehnologia influen\u021beaza foarte mult activitatea zilnic\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 interpretarea rezultatelor se poate face numai de c\u0103tre evaluatori. Tehnologia nu este totul, este doar o punte c\u0103tre rezultat.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-9a5d9\"><strong>Care sunt sectoarele (bancar, industrial, sectorul imobiliar, evaluarea \u00een vederea impozit\u0103rii, afaceri \u2013 pentru M&amp;A, investi\u021bii etc.) cu cel mai mare poten\u021bial de cre\u0219tere pentru evaluatori, \u021bin\u00e2nd cont de experien\u021ba statelor dezvoltate?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-1gmnp\"><em>Rom\u00e2nia are propriul s\u01ceu ritm de dezvoltare, iar necunoa\u015fterea particularit\u01ce\u0163ilor pie\u0163ei rom\u00e2ne\u015fti poate produce costuri neprev\u01cezute pe termen lung. De\u0163inem know-how important furnizat de NAI Global, compania mam\u01ce cu sediul \u00een New York, dar strategiile noastre sunt \u00eentotdeauna adaptate la spa\u0163iul mioritic.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-2t50d\"><em>Investitorul rom\u00e2n are un profil diferit fa\u021b\u01ce de cel american sau european, prin urmare tendin\u0163ele la nivel mondial au un u\u015for delay la noi. Rom\u00e2nii \u00een\u0163eleg ce li se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u01ce, dar ac\u0163ioneaz\u01ce t\u00e2rziu, au nevoie de mai multe dovezi \u015fi pe c\u00e2t posibil de diminuarea sau chiar eliminarea riscurilor. Avem mai pu\u0163in tineri investitori la burs\u01ce dec\u00e2t oricare alt\u01ce \u0163ar\u01ce din Uniunea European\u01ce \u015fi nu neap\u01cerat din lipsa curajului specific v\u00e2rstei, ci mai degrab\u01ce din lipsa educa\u0163iei financiare.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-bbrsj\"><em>Cred c\u0103 cel mai mare poten\u021bial de cre\u0219tere va fi \u00een segmentul de investi\u021bii. Rom\u00e2nia este o \u021bar\u0103 cu mare poten\u021bial \u0219i cu multe investi\u021bii de f\u0103cut\u2026 din subteran \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 la cer. Investitorul rom\u00e2n de abia a reu\u0219it s\u0103 scoat\u0103 capul din noroi, adic\u0103 este de abia la \u00eenceput. Avem nenum\u0103rate exemple de antreprenori rom\u00e2ni de success pe plan local, na\u021bional \u0219i interna\u021bional. Rom\u00e2nia nu a dus-o niciodat\u0103 at\u00e2t de bine din acest punct de vedere.
