Cu toate acestea, interesul cump\u0103r\u0103torilor se men\u021bine ridicat la Constan\u021ba, iar noile investi\u021bii a\u0219teptate s\u0103 soseasc\u0103 \u2013 \u00eentre care un miliard de euro numai pentru extinderea portului, cel mai mare de la Marea Neagr\u0103 \u2013 vor impulsiona \u0219i mai mult pia\u021ba real estate. Similar, \u00een cartierul Mamaia Nord, pre\u021bul mediu al apartamentelor a crescut de la 1.350 EUR\/mp \u00een 2017 la 2.500 EUR\/mp \u00een 2024, marc\u00e2nd o cre\u0219tere de aproximativ 85%.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Categoria de apartamente care a \u00eenregistrat cea mai mic\u0103 cre\u0219tere \u00eentre 2017 \u0219i 2024 este a celor situate \u00een cartierul Falez\u0103 Nord, cu o cre\u0219tere de 66,67% a pre\u021bului pe metru p\u0103trat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Case<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Segmentul caselor a prezentat, de asemenea, o apreciere notabil\u0103. \u00cen 2017, o cas\u0103 construit\u0103 \u00eenainte de anul 2000 \u00een zona Central-Ultracentral avea un pre\u021b mediu de 950 EUR\/mp.
