Nu a cump\u0103rat unul off-plan, adic\u0103 \u00een stadiu de proiect, ci s-a orientat spre o proprietate deja existent\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eNe-am decis s\u0103 cump\u0103r\u0103m prin 2021. Am v\u0103zut reclame, la TV, \u00een podcasturi se vorbea despre investi\u021biile \u00een Dubai. Randamentul promis era undeva p\u00e2n\u0103 la 12% pe an. Suna bine \u0219i am zis s\u0103 \u00eencerc\u0103m\u201d, ne poveste\u0219te Bogdan Miron experien\u021ba sa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dezvoltatorul, unul dintre cei mai mari din Dubai, i-a recomandat lui Bogdan Miron agen\u021bia de property management, cea care se ocup\u0103 de \u00eenchirierea apartamentului pentru un procent din c\u00e2\u0219tig. A mers pe \u00eencredere, numai c\u0103,&nbsp;<strong>la nici dou\u0103 luni de la \u00eenceperea colabor\u0103rii, au ap\u0103rut problemele.<\/strong>&nbsp;Cea mai important\u0103 fiind aceea c\u0103&nbsp;<strong>banii \u00eencasa\u021bi nu erau nici pe departe cei promi\u0219i.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eAm v\u0103zut apartamentul \u00eenainte s\u0103-l cump\u0103r\u0103m \u0219i ini\u021bial am vrut s\u0103 \u00eenchiriem pe termen lung. Pentru 12 luni, chiria era de 1.300 \u2013 1.500 euro pe lun\u0103. Am \u00eentrebat agen\u021bia cum e mai bine, \u0219i r\u0103spunsul primit a fost c\u0103 pe regim hotelier se poate ob\u021bine minimum 2.000 de euro. Am acceptat, pentru ca ulterior s\u0103 \u00eencas\u0103m 500 de euro, cam c\u00e2t am fi luat pe un apartament \u00een Bucure\u0219ti, dar la jum\u0103tate de pre\u021b fa\u021b\u0103 de c\u00e2t am dat noi pe cel din Dubai\u201d, ne-a mai povestit Bogdan Miron, care s-a \u0219i \u00eemprumutat pentru o parte din banii de achizi\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sunt, \u00eens\u0103, \u0219i cazuri de rom\u00e2ni care au cump\u0103rat apartamente \u00een Dubai, \u00een zona Jumeirah Beach Residence, spre exemplu, care au optat pentru \u00eenchirierea pe termen lung \u0219i care acum au un&nbsp;<strong>venit lunar de 1.500 de euro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bogdan Miron \u00eens\u0103 nu tr\u0103ie\u0219te visul persic.
